With labourers at the house, training has been lax. I’ve had to stay and watch the little b*stards and make sure they don’t slack or steal something.
Hit chest and front delts today and it left me very tired…even though I cut back on sets. I hope it’s just lack of food as I was hungry and not my strength dipping off….nah I’m being paranoid, my bench was the usual weight today.
Feel good but tired now so signing off…really have to refocus on my weight lifting and try harder.
