		<description><![CDATA[I&#8217;m hacked off with my existing gym, and since they aren&#8217;t installing any new leg equipment and putting the price up.  I don&#8217;t use the aerobics classes, swimming pool etc. so it&#8217;s not much point for me.  At one point I was paying $2000 including golf membership.

<p>My new gym is pay-per-visit $8 and is a real sweat box of real men - no leo-tards in sight looool.  It&#8217;s also got Hammer Strength machines which I love.</p>

<p>Hit chest and front delts today and it left me very tired&#8230;even though I cut back on sets.  I hope it&#8217;s just lack of food as I was hungry and not my strength dipping off&#8230;.nah I&#8217;m being paranoid, my bench was the usual weight today.</p>
<p>Feel good but tired now so signing off&#8230;really have to refocus on my weight lifting and try harder.</p>

Went for my usual 30 minute run before breakfast this morning on the beach.  It&#8217;s really handy living near Bondi, I am eternally grateful.
Gotta get going before sun up, once that sun comes out it&#8217;s just x2 as hard.
